Mr. Kennedy concentrates in the litigation and arbitration of commercial disputes. Along with firm founder Rudolph V. Pino, Jr., Mr. Kennedy represents a number of satellite insurers and reinsurers on issues of coverage, claims handling, regulation, and subrogation. Additionally, on behalf of CGL, D&O, E&O, EPL, and management liability insurers, Mr. Kennedy performs coverage, regulatory, defense, and recovery work.
Mr. Kennedy is well-versed in product liability litigation, from aircrafts to consumer goods. He secured a settlement exceeding $8 million from the manufacturer of an airplane component, and an arbitral award exceeding $16 million from the manufacturer of a commercial telecommunications satellite.
