Mr. Kennedy defends product liability suits filed against aircraft operators and manufacturers, and handles related subrogation efforts. Along with firm founder Rudolph V. Pino, Jr., Mr. Kennedy represents a number of satellite insurers and reinsurers on issues of coverage, claims handling, regulation, and subrogation. Additionally, on behalf of CGL, D&O, E&O, EPL, and management liability insurers, Mr. Kennedy performs coverage, regulatory, and defense work.
Recently, Mr. Kennedy has represented a number of banks and other creditors in surplus money proceedings, and has also brokered the assignment of assorted debt portfolios.
