Our attorneys are experienced in representing building contractors (and their insurers) in all manner of construction defect claims. We have defended claims alleging poor workmanship, soil and slope instability, and deficient design of septic, irrigation, siding, and ventilation. Additionally, in cases involving water intrusion, we have successfully defended claims alleging injuries from exposure to mold.
Our attorneys managed over 2,200 claims on behalf of an insurer of California contractors, disposing of many at the coverage stage, and disposing of many others via summary judgment.
