Personal Injury Defense
Apart from our work in the toxic tort arena, we serve as counsel of
first call to several commercial general liability (CGL) insurers, for
whom we handle a large volume of personal injury claims. Ranging
from slip and falls, to construction and automobile accidents, to hospital
injuries, we have defended hundreds of claims alleging negligence,
defective design, failure to warn, and lack of informed consent.
